Contracts Engineer
General Qualifications:
Ø 10 years experience in preparation of tenders, Contracts and contract administration, particularly in relation to services within the oil and gas industry. Should have good Technical knowledge in reviewing and finalizing various technical Contracts. Good knowledge in legal practices, Contract laws and industry practices. Good computer literacy in Microsoft office softwares and SAP ESM modules.
Ø B. Sc. in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
Ø High proficiency in written and spoken English

Corrosion Inspector
General Qualifications:
> Diploma degree with more than 6 years experience
> Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, plus 2 years Diploma course in electrochemistry or corrosion control. NACE Corrosion Technologist Certificate or equivalent will be an advantage.
Min 6 Years' experience in corrosion control and monitoring in oil and gas fields.
> Good written and spoken English

Project Engineer
Employer: PT SAS Niaga (A group of SAS Internasional)
Background: Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Education: Bachelor
Location: JAKARTA and/or Project Site (Most of the time in Jakarta)

Job Description:
1) Works with other specialist discipline engineers and/or
sub-contractor in FEED, Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC)
Phase thru Installation – Commissioning Start Up (Include budgetary to
government)
2) Managing and updating Company’s (Client) “as built” engineering
drawings, standards, specifications, manuals, and data books at the
completion of projects
3) Take in hand proposal package inquiry of process, utilities,
storage and support systems which are part of onshore and/or offshore
production facilities

Experience / Competence / Skills / Knowledge:
1) Sound engineering background with topside/process/ pipeline
knowledge an advantage
2) Mechanical or fabrication engineering qualification and/or very
strong practical background
3) Client liaison and financial awareness skills are essential as part
of project engineering
4) Will be advantage if have experience work in Condensate Treatment
Package, Nitrogen Generation Package, HVAC Package, Water Produce
Treatment Package, Diaphragm Closure Complete with Fender and Leg
Mating Unit - Deck Support Unit (Mechanical)
5) Good technical writing skills with attitude

REPORTS TO: COMPANY LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Contract Duration: 1 year; renewable as per project requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Onshore Base Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day running of the supply base including on the site planning and execution of logistics activities, maintaining maximum HSE and operational efficiency.

* He is responsible for implementation of all the company's policies, procedures and minimum standards on logistics operations, safety and environmental protection.

* He will ensure that all warehouse, yard and accommodation facilities are maintained and that suitable planned maintenance programs are in place.

* He will optimize material issues with vessel load outs together with the company Logistics Supervisor and ensure that all material handling operations are conducted in accordance with company's minimum standards.

* He will coach and motivate through man management and leadership a harmonious and successful team-working environment. Ensure that personnel are suitable trained and competent to perform duties.

* He is responsible for stock control and SAP implementation and training in the Supply Base.

MAIN CHALLENGES FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

* To manage and operate a joint yard and warehouse facility utilizing shared equipment and crews to provide 24/7 support for offshore operations.

* Ensure the level of HSE management is at an acceptable level from the start of operations will be a major challenge.

* Ensure that adequate manning and plant levels are maintained to provide the full scope of services within the approved budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

* A logistics professional with 10 years experience in a senior logistics function within the Oil and Gas Industry including drilling, operations and equipment experience.

* A good planner with experience in all MS office applications including MS project.

* A good knowledge of Road Transport , Dangerous Goods and Hoisting and lifting standards including sound knowledge of Company HSE policies and procedures.

* Creative and enthusiastic with a strong team spirit, who thrives under tough circumstances.

* Ability of working in a multi-cultural environment with good skills of writing and oral English.

* Experience with SAP is a major advantage.

* Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
