URGENTLY NEEDED - VACANCY IN BRUNEI

FLAMAS SDN. BHD., OPEN POSITIONS FOR THEIR PROJECT IN BRUNEI DARUSSALAM :

(1) ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENT PERSONNEL (1 Post)

· Shall have Degree, HND or equivalent in the relevant field.
· Shall have at minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in oil and gas facilities Electrical and Instrument design, construction and maintenance.
· Shall have the knowledge of Modern Electrical and Instrument systems including DCS, PLC, F&G detection and material system; providing specialist support in the areas of process measurement and control; Supervision, planning and execution of electrical and instrumentation engineering standards, drawings and procedures.
· Shall have experience in erection & commissioning of Electrical and Instrumentation system in oil and gas.

(2) CIVIL ENGINEER (1 Post)

· Shall have an appropriate technical qualification e.g. Degree. HND or equivalent.
· Shall have at least 10 years practical site experience as a Civil Engineer in the oil and gas industry.
· Experience shall include detailed planning for construction activities; preparation of construction packages detailing work scope and installation procedures; preparation of site sketches/drawings for issue to construction crews to aid design drawings; supervision of construction crews/team in execution of work; pre commissioning activities and preparation of job activities.

(3) QUANTITY SURVEYOR (2 Posts)

· Shall hold an appropriate technical qualification in the relevant field e.g. HND or equivalent.
· Shall have at minimum 5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor in Oil & Gas Industry.
· Experience shall include Quantity Surveying Services during contract evaluation and administration; preparation of bill of quantity and cost estimate; Interpretation of contractual provision within contracts; resolution of disputes assistance.

(4) ACCOUNTS OFFICER (1 Post)

· Shall have HND or equivalent qualification in the field of Accountancy.
· Shall have at minimum of 5 years experience.

*For the positions offered below, candidates shall:
· Have appropriate accreditations/ technical qualifications in the relevant fields e.g. Degree, HND or equivalent, where applicable.
· Be preferred if they possess extensive experiences in the Oil and Gas Industry.
· Have at minimum 5 years of experience in operating the heavy machineries involved in the job scope, where applicable. Candidates with certifications or equivalent accreditations including knowledge of HSE have the added advantage.
· Be able to speak English.

ONSHORE LOGISTICS BASE SUPERVISOR

REPORTS TO: COMPANY LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Contract Duration: 1 year; renewable as per project requirements

Work Schedule: 28 days on / 28 days off

Location: Qatar

Start Date: ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Onshore Base Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day running of the supply base including on the site planning and execution of logistics activities, maintaining maximum HSE and operational efficiency.

* He is responsible for implementation of all the company's policies, procedures and minimum standards on logistics operations, safety and environmental protection.

* He will ensure that all warehouse, yard and accommodation facilities are maintained and that suitable planned maintenance programs are in place.

* He will optimize material issues with vessel load outs together with the company Logistics Supervisor and ensure that all material handling operations are conducted in accordance with company's minimum standards.

* He will coach and motivate through man management and leadership a harmonious and successful team-working environment. Ensure that personnel are suitable trained and competent to perform duties.

* He is responsible for stock control and SAP implementation and training in the Supply Base.

MAIN CHALLENGES FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

* To manage and operate a joint yard and warehouse facility utilizing shared equipment and crews to provide 24/7 support for offshore operations.

* Ensure the level of HSE management is at an acceptable level from the start of operations will be a major challenge.

* Ensure that adequate manning and plant levels are maintained to provide the full scope of services within the approved budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

* A logistics professional with 10 years experience in a senior logistics function within the Oil and Gas Industry including drilling, operations and equipment experience.

* A good planner with experience in all MS office applications including MS project.

* A good knowledge of Road Transport , Dangerous Goods and Hoisting and lifting standards including sound knowledge of Company HSE policies and procedures.

* Creative and enthusiastic with a strong team spirit, who thrives under tough circumstances.

* Ability of working in a multi-cultural environment with good skills of writing and oral English.

* Experience with SAP is a major advantage.

* Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
