Responsibilities: 
 
· Perform routine Finance and Accounting functions; accounting entries – expenses; GL and capital expenses.
· Acquired strong accounting knowledge, able to review account reconciliation and handle external audit requirement. 
· Acquired strong knowledge in Indonesia GAAP and other local statutory/regulation/accounting standard. 
· Able to review and analyze the financial statement.

Senior Finance Coordinator

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Supervising a team of accountants who are responsible for the day to day operational accounting and treasury matters relating to the operated PSC activity and representative office.
• Overseeing accounting for Operated PSCs and joint study activities and ensure compliance in accordance with PSC terms.
• Overseeing cost management process including WP&B, Financial Reporting, AFE preparation and monitoring, and reforecast.
• Ensuring all local/government, corporate and partner reporting requirements are fulfilled on time.
• Preparing the annual G&A budget and liaise with planning for coordination of plan and reforecast initiatives.
• Liaising with corporate head office for reporting and analysis of capital and G&A.

The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, preferably a Registered or Certified Accountant.
• Minimum 10 years oil and gas accounting and financial experience with operated PSC, covering exploration, development and production operations.
• Hands on experience and familiar with PSC and Joint Venture accounting.
• Experience with establishing procedures, systems etc.
• Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills showing by a demonstrated ability to mentor and train staff.

achievement of corporate objectives.

Qualification:

1. The individual should have a minimum of eight (8) years
experience in accounting for Oil & Gas industry and be capable of
working with minimum supervision and fully conversant with Company
regulations.

2. Exhibit a mature confident character and possess good teamwork
skills in dealing with multi-disciplinary user departments in oil and
gas exploration, development and production.

3. A good command of both written and oral English language
together with an S1 Accounting education certificate

TAX ACCOUNTANT
Main Responsibilities:
• Preparing tax compliance reports.
• Assisting in dealing with day to day tax matters, including liaisewith tax office if needed.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate (S1) in Accounting from recognized university with mm.GPA 3.0.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax principles.
• Must have strong Microsoft Office applications skills i.e Excel andWords.
• Having at least 3 years relevant experience, a background from a big4 public accounting firm is preferable.
• Flexibility to work long hours if necessary.
• Strong communication skills: Indonesian and English, oral and written.

The PositionThe successful candidate will report to the Director of Corporate Planning. The incumbent provides analytical and conceptual expertise; may includetransferring financial modeling, business risk assessment modeling andfinancial & tax planning review into presentable material. This position will require essential knowledge of analytical and excellent communication skill. The incumbent must also demonstrate a talent for negotiating, to persuade and tact to convince people.
The Person
- Minimum under graduate (S1)

- Having at least 3 years experiences as Business Analyst, BusinessDevelopment Specialist or Risk Management Auditor.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Advance in English (both oral and written), computer and presentationskills
