1. GLOBAL TRAINEE for TECHNICAL SALES POSITIONS

The career goal of this position is to develop the technical sales interface with our customers (Oil & Gas and Energy Industry main players). This Position offers an international project in South America/Mexico.

2. GLOBAL TRAINEE for OTHER POSITIONS

Aiming to develop a professional talent in Production, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Planning, the candidate will be assigned to specific positions in the Company.
Hiring Location: Jakarta and Cilegon

REQUIREMENTS:
- Recently graduated in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, chemical, materials, electrical and industrial)
- Less than 2 (two) years experience, after graduation
- Strong technical background and knowledge.
- Strong proactive and open-minded attitude.
- Customer oriented.
- Good communications skills and team work attitude.
- Proficient in English language.
- Willing to take frequent trips and remain abroad for long periods of time.

SERVICE QUALITY MANAGER
 
Requirements:

1.       Minimum S1 graduated from Engineering/ Science/ Public Health background with minimum GPA 2.75 (Master level will be an advantages) with at least 4 - 5 years working experience in Drilling Fluid particularly field experience in  Oil & Gas or Mining Industry or more than 5 years in the same field;
2.       Having proficiency to operate MS Office; Excel, Words, Power Point, and Visio with latest application version; 
3.       Possess strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills;
4.       Good command of English (both spoken and written), Excellent leadership is a must, complied with good interpersonal skill and presentation. Mature, persistent, firm, innovative, team player and trustworthy. Good responsibility, good attitude, high integrity and highly motivated individual; 
5.       Able to work as a team or independently; 
  
Special Requirements: 

Build, monitor, provide and maintain drilling fluid/completion fluid as per Well Program in all projects
Conduct drilling fluid check as per properties criteria in all projects
Treat drilling fluid with drilling fluid chemicals to meet properties criteria as per program in all projects
working relationship with QHSE
Having good ability in presentation skill; 
Dynamic, proactive, able to work under pressure, coaching & mentoring skills, good in spoken and written English, report writing, presentation skills
Shall be mentally ready to be assigned in any places in Indonesia or overseas at any time.
