YARD QAQC MANAGER
Requirements :
1. Civil Engineering or Mechanical back ground
2. Min. 10 years experience in Oil & gas project as a Yard QAQC Manager or Project QAQC Manager for EPC contractor
3. Holding ISO 9001 lead auditor certificate by IRCA
4. Good knowledge in Welding, Coating, Materials, NDT & applicable code such as ASTM, ASME, NACE, AWS & ISO, EN, etc
5. Having experience with EPC contractor for platform construction, piping and pipeline
6. Strong leadership & communication skills
7. Good organizational & administrative skills
Responsibility:
- Managing the development & implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation in accordance with corporate system
- Conduct the internal audit & identify the area for improvement
- Maintain the inspection tools/equipment & their calibration status.
- Follow up with external certification body for audit or renewal of existing ISO 9001 certificate.
- Support project QC team & alight them to the company quality management system
- Maintain yard quality statistic
- Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements & continuing education/training needs
