Requirements:

Qualifications / Requirements:
Formal Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree ( S1 ) Petroleum Engineer/ Mechanical/ Technical or related with Oil and Gas Industry
Male , Maximum 45 years old and physically fit for work Base in Jakarta Workshop
Minimum 5 years experience in Oil and gas Industry
Having Excellence knowledge of Marketing and Presentation

Skill :
Fluent in English both oral and written
Proficient in Windows particularly Word and Excel
Good in problem solving and decision making

Attitude :Self motivated, proactive and able to work in a team

Vacancy of BASE OPERATION COORDINATOR in Batam

An oil & gas European EPC Company is looking for a BASE OPERATION COORDINATORposition for Batam.

Requirements as follows:

- Coordinate the project activities in Batam, ensure that, during simultaneous activities, the priorities set by Operation Department are respected while carrying out the works

- Ensure that there is a clear plan for all materials offloaded on the base

- Verify that equipment delivered back from various projects includes design reports, drawings, testing, pictures, certifications & Fabrication documents

- Keep an extensive record of equipment (and its condition) available in Batam

- Store material and equipment in Containers and mark with ID

- Follow Operations' personnel management & logistics at the marine base

- Coordinate equipment utilization among projects

- Monitor activities progress and update work plan on monthly basis

- Coordinate resources of Onshore Base for activities related to Offshore Operations and issue purchase documents

- Implement item's test and recertification plan as necessary

- Formalize and issue reports including weekly coordination meetings, monthly schedule of activities and daily flash report constituting main activities and areas of concern

Batam local or Indonesian with more than 5 (five) years experiences as a YARD REPRESENTATIVE/ MANAGER for an MNC are highly preferred.

Local gross salary package not exceeding IDR 34 million.
