ACCOUNT MANAGER

The SIS Account Manager will be expected to have general knowledge of the oil and gas industry and software solutions. In addition, the SIS Account Manager will be expected to actively maintain strong client relations across client organization from users through senior client executives, maintain four quarter rolling revenue forecast for all his/her accounts, and in charge of legal and financial negotiation of all RFP’s, tenders, and contracts in coordination with GeoMarket legal and tax specialists.

Education
• Bachelor of Science Degree (geology, reservoir engineer, production engineer or geophysics) and preferably, Masters Degree in Business Administration

Experience
• History of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets
• 5+ years of proven sales experience (preference given to those with sales within oil and gas industry)

ACCOUNT ANALYST

We are currently looking for an Account Analyst to be seconded to one
of our projects in Batam, Indonesia. Project duration is approximately
15-18 months.

POSITION TITLE: ACCOUNT ANALYST

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT IN TERMS OF TRAINING & COMPETENCY:

· Experience in dealing with and understanding contracts
(experience in handling fabrication contracts is a plus)

· Knowledge of generally accepted financial controls and
administration processes

· Relevant Accounting qualification

· Relevant IT skills including working knowledge of the
Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Strong analytical skills

· 5-10 years plus accounting experience.

· Must have good experience working in the Oil and Gas Industry

MAIN FUNCTION:

Assist in ensuring that the overall Project Control System provides
valid, accurate and timely information to management and that purchase
orders are set up in a timely manner particularly in terms of EPC3

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Implement controls documentation

· Work with contractors to ensure that all necessary data is
collected accurately and on time

· Provide support to Project Accounting Lead

· Prepare cost reports which include forecasts / outlooks

· Assist preparation of cash flows based on information
collected from contractors and anticipated expenditure

· Validate contractors’ invoices/variations / change orders

· Required to comply with the Delegation of Authority Guide
(DOAG) and Controls Integrity Management Systems (CIMS) and the
obligations of both the Gippsland Basin Joint Venture (GBJV) Operating
Agreement and the Kipper Unit Joint Venture (KUJV) Operating
Agreements.

· Responsible for complying with all project financial
controls as set out in the Project Organisation Plan.

· Responsible for identifying any issues within their span of
control
, planning and managing their resolution and reporting on issue
resolution status.

· Identify potential project change requests and provide
information and data as required by the Project for change management.

· Review and validate change notices and change proposals and
provide information and data as required by the project for change
management

· Work effectively as part of the Project Teams and with other
groups internal/external to the organization.

Executive Account Manager (3 positions)

Identify business opportunities early in the sales cycle and quantify the potential. Their focus will be on the highest value customers and / or deals that can have significant bottom line impact to our client’s business

Requirements:
• Master of Engineering or similar petrochemical relevant technical subject
• Must possess at least 3 years relevant experience in offshore or land operations, ideally, which should have been in a marketing and/or support capacity
• Demonstrate good knowledge of rig systems / production drilling operations and a full understanding of down-hole hydraulics
• Demonstrate supervisory and communication skills
• Must have a clear customer focus and be able to understand the business cultures in different areas of the business

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Petroleum / Mechanical Engineering / Management discipline or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years experiences in oilfield services
• Minimum 5 years in a similar position
• Good knowledge of specific software (T&D, TubeMove)
• QHSEE procedural knowledge

Well Construction Business Unit Coordinator

Managing all aspects of the Well Construction Business Unit to ensure compliance with company policies. Maximizing market share, revenues and profit by controlling cost, developing marketing strategies and introducing new technologies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Petroleum / Mechanical Engineering / Management discipline or equivalent
• Experienced in Completions, Liner Hanger, Inflatable Packers, Cementing and Down-hole tools
• Minimum of 5 years experiences in oilfield services
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
• Good knowledge of specific software (T&D, TubeMove)
• QHSEE procedural knowledge

Fishing Tool Supervisor (3 positions)

Operate a full range of open and casing hole fishing tools, maintain equipment and assist customer with well problems and planning

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Mechanical
• 5 years experience oil field rig experience as drill or higher position
• 5 years experience with open and cased hole fishing operations
• Strong operational and technical skills, good knowledge of down hole tools and fishing equipment and an understanding of down hole conditions.
• QHSE procedural knowledge, extensive equipment and product knowledge.
• Mechanical aptitude, good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
• General computer knowledge
