Personal Assistant & Secretary
to General Manager South East Asia Business Unit
Requirements:
• Holding Secretarial Degree
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both oral and written
• Minimum of 5 years experience with multinational companies, preferably in Oil and Gas industry
• Must be well versed with Word; Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, professional & mature.
• Has the ability to work independently, must be self motivated, resourceful, energetic and well organized.
• Must be accustomed to a process driven environment
