• Indonesian nationality
• University degree in Petroleum Engineering or related type of engineering or science
• Good knowledge of drilling operations
• Good knowledge of drilling and related equipment
• High integrity and high achievement motivation
• Good selling skills
• Good communication skills verbal & written
• Good team work skills
• Able to effective operate a PC
• Good in English, written and verbal
• Good commercial sense
• Must be willing to travel extensively
