Our valued client is one of the world s largest manufacturers of mining, forestry, agriculture and construction equipment, with over 60 branches across Indonesia and a national workforce in excess of 10.000 people.

Currently they are experiencing rapid growth throughout its whole operation, and due to that they are looking to source exceptional leaders to fill the following key positions,

• CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Reporting to the President Director, the successful candidate will be responsible to oversee all the company s accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax & audit functions. The person will also be responsible to direct financial strategy, planning & forecasts as well as to supervise investment & raising funds for business.

• CHIEF ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Reporting to the President Director, the successful candidate will need to provide leadership, direction, counsel to Senior Managers and subordinates as well as to lead the strategic planning and implementation of functions and activities.

• COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will held responsible to lead and direct the Contract Management department. The person will also required to provide advice and counsel with respect to contractual issues to all Senior Managers and Directors.

• GM FINANCE
Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible to oversee all the finance and accounting departments.

• FINANCE CONTROLLER
Reporting to the GM Finance, the successful candidate will be responsible for cost controls, budgeting, financial analysis, accounting practices and reports.

• FINANCE MANAGER
Reporting to the Finance Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible to prepare monthly and annual financial statement and reports, also to develop financial budgets and forecasts
